Shipping Policy:

All READY-TO-SHIP Wigs take 3-5 business days. If you order a wig that wasn't under the "Ready-To-Ship" tab your wig will take 5-7 business days.

We DO NOT ship on weekends as post office(s) are closed in our area. Business days include Monday-Friday 10am-5pm est.

You will receive an email with your tracking number when your order has been shipped. Once packages are shipped off we no longer have control or access to your package. 

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES: 

Pretty Mafia is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, you must contact the United States Postal Service directly at 1-800-ASK-USPS® (1-800-275-8777). Any lost, stolen, or damaged packages must be reported as a claim with USPS.

Return Policy:

Due to COVID-19 and the spread of the coronavirus ALL WIGS ARE FINAL SALE,  NO EXCEPTIONS!

The safety of our team, clientele, and vendors forces us to not allow any form of Return or Exchange. This goes for Local Pick Ups and Drop offs.

We at Pretty Mafia hope to continue being a consideration as your provider when it comes to hair extensions, and other hair care needs.

Refund Policy: 

**Once order is placed it cannot be changed or refunded. Please review your order before paying.
